How to prepare Crispy Poha Vada

 Lets get started !!!So how many of you like Urad Dal Vada ?Hopefully the majority of your answers will be yes. Also, yes I too like the most.. After marriage when I was venturing to kitchen and attempting to make Urad Dal vada,I couldn't get the state of the Vada. I was bit disillusioned around  how will i do Vada.Thus how the learnings of Poha Vada came.Here in this Poha Vada ,you can get the state of the Vada utmost  similar to Urad Dal Vada. The greatest favourable position of this Vada is you don't have to drench any dal for hours. You can prepare it instantly.

So if any of visitor comes to your house ,you can set up this vada in a split second and give.And of the significant thing is poha has numerous medical advantages.

4.     A Good source of healthy Carbohydrate
5.     Easily Digestible

Lets get started to our healthy Poga Vada Preparation:

Ingredients:

Poha                          1 cup
Onion                        1 big size
Green chilly             4
Rice Flour                2 tbsp
Rava                         1 tbsp
Curd                         2 spoon
Oil
Salt
Coriander Leaves  few


Step 1: Take 1 cup of Poha  and rinse it in water .





Step2:  After rinsing  soak the Poha in water for two minutes.(Too much water to be  avoided,pour the water accordingly to the level of poha  you have  taken)





Step3:After 2 minutes smash the poha in your hand  and  see that there is  no water in the poha



Step4:Add Onions,Chilly,Coriander leaves to the smashed Poha





Step 5:Add 2 tbsp of Rice Flour,1 tbsp of Rava





Step6:Add Salt acoordingly


Step7: Add 2 spoons of Curd



Step8: Mix all the ingredients well.(With few drops of water according to the consistency of the mixed  flour)


Step9:Now the Mixture is  ready. Before making the dough check that your hand is wet 


.
Step10:Take the Pan,heat it in medium flame.Once the oil is  heated up you can put the Poha vada
Leave one side of Vada to fry for two minutes and similarly the other side



Yes the Crispy Poha Vada is ready. So friends give  a try.
