Aloo Cheese Cutlet

The recipe for the present week is Aloo cheese cutlet. This recipe can be prepared easily with simple ingredients that you have in your house. And this recipe was a super hit in my house. So I thought this snacks recipe must be partaken in the blog. These Cutlet which are firm outside loaded down with cheese goes to be the most loved and very enticing to eat.

They can be arranged rapidly and it fills in as a yummy snacks recipe for evening.




 

Ingredients:

  • Aloo -5
  • Cheese-100gm
  • Rice Floue-2tbsp
  • Chilli Powder-1tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil to fry

 

How to prepare Aloo Cheese Cutlets?

  • Boil and mash the aloo and keep it aside


  • Add rice flour, chilli powder, grated cheese and salt to the mashed aloo.



  •  Make medium sized balls and place it in a plate.



  • Take a Pan, sprinkle oil to the pan [keep the pan in medium flame].Place the Aloo Cheese cutlet in the pan and shallow fry both sides until it turns golden brown.



  • Yes, our yummy Aloo Cheese Cutlet is ready. Serve it with Tomato sauce.
