Hope everybody are doing great.
The central matter for crunchy ,yet soften
in mouth is to make the batter extremely solid, so utilize less water.
Ingredients:
- Onion:1
- Coriander Leaves: Few
- Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Hing: Pinch
- Oil for deep fry
Procedure:
- Take Wheat Flour in a bowl.
- Sprinkle little water just to bind everything together.
- Meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying. Drop a little of the mixture in the hot oil and deep fry the pakodas to golden brown colour , by keeping the flame in medium heat.
- Yes, our crispy Wheat Flour Onion Pakoda is ready. Serve the Recipe along with Hot coffee.
