Three Minute Snacks Recipe

 The recipe for the present week is three-minute Wheat Flour Onion Pakoda. This is one of the quick and simple evening snacks recipe. These Pakoda taste amazing along with a hot cup of coffee on any rainy day or during a cool evening. Love this Combination. It is a perfect and healthy snacks for everybody.

The central matter for crunchy ,yet soften in mouth is to make the batter extremely solid, so utilize less water.



 

Ingredients:

  •  Wheat Flour:1 Small Cup
  • Onion:1
  • Coriander Leaves: Few
  • Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing: Pinch
  • Oil for deep fry 

Procedure:

  • Take Wheat Flour in a bowl.


  •  Add chopped Onion, Coriander leaves, chilli powder, Hing(Asafoetida), and salt as required.


  • Sprinkle little water just to bind everything together. 


  • Meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying. Drop a little of the mixture in the hot oil and deep fry the pakodas to golden brown colour , by keeping the flame in medium heat.


  • Yes, our crispy Wheat Flour Onion Pakoda is ready. Serve the Recipe along with Hot coffee.
