Apple-Pomegranate Smoothie

Today's lock down recipe is  a  quick and easy recipe which we we used to take  it for breakfast

Breakfast smoothies are effortless and timesaving. As the saying goes 'An Apple a day keeps the doctor away', Start your day with healthy apple and Pomegranate smoothie.

Servings – 2 Members

 ***********************************

 

 

Ingredients:

·  Apple - 1 (I used Medium sized apple) ,

·  Pomegranate-1(Used Medium sized)

·  Poha - 4 tbsp.

·  Milk - 1 and 1/4 cup (warm milk preferably)

·  Dates - 6 (I used Arabian  dates)

·  Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp

·  Crushed ice(Optional)



 

Procedure

 

·  Soak choked apple,pomegranate,dates, and poha in warm milk for 20 mins.


·  Separate the soaked ingredients from milk and blend them into a fine paste.


·  Add milk, grounded cinnamon and blend again. (Those who prefer to have smoothie cold ,can add crushed ice and  blend it).



·  Pour it in a glass and sprinkle some dry grapes,walnuts on the top if desired.


 

 

Yes our effortless Apple-Pomegranate smoothie is  ready!!!!!!

Seriously guys just try it  and  feel the effect of Milkshake.
